Aw, yeah! Done with mowing the lawn (no small task, especially in these temperatures [currently 90, feels like 101])! Time to get cleaned up & read a book. I got a LOT of stuff done this weekend.

HELLO, Bluies! Today, I will be listening to loud music and cleaning my bookshelves. "Cleaning your bookshelves? That shouldn't take long!" Yeah, thing about that is, they line two full walls of my living room & a full wall in my son's bedroom. And I have to move & clean the nic-nacs & statues.

I managed to clean & rearrange the back porch, which took about 3 hours, give or take (It's pretty big). I also re-hung the towel rack in the main bathroom. Tomorrow, I'll work on the bookshelves and some other cleaning inside. Sunday... mow the lawn. Nice to get so much done this weekend!

I know you've all been waiting with baited breath to know what I'm doing today, July 5th 2024. I'm going to clean up / rearrange the back porch / storage area. If I have any energy left after that, I'm going to dust my bookshelves & nic-nacs. Move a muscle / change a thought. Make it a great day!

I hear that. These last two weeks just took it out of me. I can't stop thinking that we shouldn't have to be in this fight again. And that, even if we win this one, we're going to have to have it again in another few years, and another, because Project 2025 will just swap years. So tired.

I don't want to be part of the outrage economy. I don't want to have to worry about democracy every four years. We shouldn't have to live like this. It's unsustainable over the long term. We've already been at it almost 9 years. I'm tired, boss.

Kinda does feel like a bunch of folks decided they wanted to know if they could pull a Howard Dean on a whole president, and apparently they can. Again, I don't even like Biden, and this shit is plainly ridiculous.

It really is making *me* feel crazy to see a bunch of other Democrat voters running around screaming about how Biden is now unelectable, on the basis of one bad debate and an incredibly obvious ratfucking campaign by America’s most craven newspaper.
