It really sucks to know I did everything right and still caught COVID. I'm masking, staying 6 feet away from people, staying home, only going out for essential trips, washing my hands frequently. Then it all went sideways regardless

My carry-on was a couple inches oversized so they forced me to check it in. Despite the hard(ish) case, it was compressed to hell and the mask was crushed inside. This is the cost of having to check your luggage (plus $90, or $45 fee each way). Thanks, American Airlines <3
