This person was obviously struggling but my god, it's quite the jump to go from a bland, parasocial interaction to literally pouring your heart out in three point five seconds
And this is not to shame the person. Their feelings are valid. But I'm not responsible for them.
I feel this pain but seriously, with that elevation and terrain, that's a killer time. When I was at my absolute fittest (and I'm nowhere near that now) my fastest ever 26 miles was 4:41 and that was on flat city ground.
