This is a key point! Plenty of online lefties who one month ago would have described themselves as pro-Bernie and AOC, anti-Pelosi, but who have flipped that entirely on its head because of anti-Biden animus.

Whatever can be said about the Biden administration - and there’s plenty bad to be said about it - I still trust a Biden campaign supported by Bernie and AOC more than I do a united spin campaign coming from Pelosi, the NYT, and JP Morgan

This might be the thing that ironically keeps him in. "While the Republicans were touting an America of the wealthy elite, that same elite tried to take me down using the very corruption that all Americans see. I will not bow down to these people who think they can buy their preferred candidate."

I think the thing I find least relatable about Trump is the part where he lies about things that are plainly, obviously lies like I know his base believes him, but I'm nearly certain he has a contempt for those people, he likes having them admire him but they can't give him what he wants
