This summer I will be supporting the Mongolian Olympic team because this is their uniform and it is a thousand times better than anything Nike has ever made.

Had a successful Crow Party today. Folks showed up in black, brought shiny things to show off and trade, and generally had a good time. Winner if the most fascinating trinket got to leave with the Crow Crown, pictured here prior to it going its new home.

I survived the night, and went into work early enough that I avoided most of the evil day star on my way in.

It was 102 today. It was still 85 in my house at 7:30pm. Our AC has given up completely. Early menopause gives me hot flashes, and I'm heat sensitive due to several medications. Whee.

It's 3am, and I am currently thawing Uncrustables on my thighs. Peak adulting? I think so.

It makes me sad when people misgender a nonbinary character and assign binary pronouns that I specifically avoided giving them in a story. Getting stories published with characters who have They/Them pronouns isn't easy. If I've taken that risk as a writer, your respect (or disrespect) means a lot.
