There were zero youth gender clinics in the US before 2007 and 38 by 2014. It's not some profound mystery why the number of patients went up!

I wonder if it's occurred to Johnathan that every single novel treatment or medical approach in history has seen an explosion in people seeking to access it after its introduction. Paradigmatically.

Changed meds recently, and wow, I am .. sensitive. Currently crying over a hopeful railway sustainability report.

My work are having an Easter egg hunt. It is *competitive*. This blows my mind. Generally though my work are sporty to a degree I find at best incomprehensible and at worst toxic. I do not expect this in science nerds.

Also if you’re in an organization and you have to replace the lone woman there every couple of years you have GOT to do some self reflection

I know I’m preaching to the choir but, the basic dishonesty of the “well you would be mad if black panther was white!” always bothers me. It’s very obvious that in some stories, race is an important part of the drama, and in some stories it isn’t.

Please don't miss that the quote encompasses men as part of "an entire civilization" and women are an addendum to same. In this rhetoric, we do not exist except as something to quantify and possess.

Elon said, “An entire civilization is willingly giving away its land and women because the alternative is to be mean.” It’s really hard to overstate how fascist - and dangerous - this kind of rhetoric is. He’s approaching Trump pre-Jan 6th levels of threat. Pay attention.
