Non Americans who have bever been in the US on or around the 4th of July have no idea just how big the hoiliday is and how...unique some of its manifestations are.
I'm puzzled by the black 12-packs used for the towers. They must be Coke Zero because the cans used to be black, but the actual packs looked different.

It's ironic that the majority of people under a certain age walk past this without really knowing exactly what it is we're supposed to remember. Hey, what *are* we supposed to remember, anyway? The events of 911? Does anyone remember WWI? Plus, I forget about it all the time, and things are fine?
