Most we sites nowadays seem to break and force-reload my phone’s browser. The surveillance tech embedded also somehow breaks reader view many times as well. Advertising is turning the internet unusable, it’s really shocking that I had an easier time reading websites on a Palm Treo 18 years ago.

The Chicago tradition of fourth of July daylight fireworks is starting to really pop off. Did they think the fuse was 90 minutes long?

Just saw a Facebook reel of someone gushing about how beautiful Chicago is and it was just a video of them driving on DuSable Lakeshore Drive. That's has to be one of the saddest things I have seen. Chicago is amazing but driving in traffic on a 8 lane highway just isn't regardless of the skyline.

According to the CDC I could have gone out maskless living my life yesterday 5 days post covid-19 infection. The funny thing is I am still way too sick to take the CDC up their offer of state sanctioned reckless disregard for my fellow humans.

Covid brain means I have the attention span of a gnat. So I have finally discovered the appeal of extremely short form video. Unfortunately, this means i now have to watch about 2000 videos in order to waste an entire day.

I'm sick with Neoliberalism again. Technically, it is covid-19 but neo-liberal politics is why we don't get twice a year boosters even though we know the vaccine immunity wanes in 6 months.
