Canada Day is on Monday. It was good timing. "Home" is a bit of a complicated topic but my formative years were spent here. My family is here. My groomsmen are from here. This place is why I'm Canadian despite being born and living most of my life in the US. Fricken eh.

The problem with moving my office from the second floor to the basement is that books are heavy. Why are books so fricken heavy? Not pictured: another pile of books. Ugh.

In a span of five minutes my coffee mug handle disintegrated in my hand leaving a wake of coffee everywhere followed by me dropping my replacement coffee mug. It's gonna be one of those kinds of days.

Took the car in to because I got a check engine light.
