one time @beeb33.bsky.social sent me a video of two gigantic moths and they claim not to have realized that the moths were fucking

ok so what had happened was I saw a reel with 2 huge moths mothing around on like a tree and I was like "OMG OTHERS SHOULD SEE THESE BIG MOTHS". I'm innocent.

at the end of the reel the camera zooms in on one of the moths thrusting and the caption was “I know how moth babies are made” lmao

I have never once in my life finished anything

yeah that's where the larvae are kept

Gotta be hell for them to fly with those attached.

ya they boil the moths the same way that silkworms are boiled and while that detached the balls from the moths, the heat also enlarges them slightly they are actually not as large when attached to the moths.
