Trying to come up with something funny to say here and nah. This is terrifying. Writing has been my life-long dream, and being able to write my queer stories and watch people enjoy them has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I should not have to pay for it with my freedom or worse.

Protip: for any cis people who don’t already know, the phrase “this person” is an extremely obvious way transhobes often degender and/or misgender trans people. you should generally not use that phrasing. especially if you are criticizing someone who happens to be trans.
