Yes, but there still has to be a correlation between likelihood of response and voter intent across political party, race, and region, to get a big effect. IMO the answer is "yes, there probably is something to non-response bias" in this election

This is basically why I don't freak out about polls.

It's very weird that people are still attending to this.

An extremely high percentage of Democratic voters don't answer their phones to unknown numbers. We are too smart for that.

Yeah, that's the thing. How does polling work if no one answers the phone?

When they can only get a little over 1,300 people to answer then there is a problem.
