Any Democratic candidate who is not Biden or Harris has to start from scratch. Raise millions. Hire thousands of workers. Open up hundreds of offices. Plan legal actions. With less than 4 months to go before the election. The folks who wrote this plan have never worked on a campaign and it shows.
