He's done quite a bit on a lot of those issues. You know, you could do your own research on these issues, rather than waiting for other posters to provide the evidence you're looking for. That said, it's clear you've already made up your mind and no amount of evidence will change it.

If I understand correctly, the SC only gave immunity to acts carried while he was president. I don't understand how that would apply to an action carried out before he was even voted into office.

This assumes rent control is just applied toward existing housing, and not new construction. Otherwise, there goes a lot of the incentive to build that new housing.
