I listened to it as well, and I disagree. I sympathize with the refusal to have particular constraints on cyclists. Realistically, I want bike lanes, and I don't want Ubereats/door dash parasites on them. I also want cyclist to not pass me without leaving 1.5m from me, just like cars... (Right...)
