The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel now says that FIVE Columbus police officers shot and killed the homeless Black man well outside the RNC security perimeter. Columbus Police say the shooting took place within the officers' assigned "operational zone."

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel confirms that a Columbus, Ohio, police officer detailed to the RNC shot and killed a homeless Black man (earlier reported to be in his early 20s) more than half a mile from the RNC arena. The man was known by the nickname Jehovah and took care of a pit bull named Isis.

The thing is that the nationalists say that the progressive Christians “aren’t real Christians too.” So now we have two groups calling themselves Christians pointing at each other claiming the other group doesn’t have any claim to the name.

If Christ is omnipotent, why does He need protection?

I grew up in an evangelical church which I attended for 20 years, but I guess I have no idea how any religious communities work. Again, what do you hope to accomplish by yelling at non-Christian’s for pointing out that there are Christians who believe things that you disagree with?

If those of us on the outside aren’t allowed to even comment, and you admit you’re not willing to make the changes within your own community, what are we doing here?

Here’s what I’ll do: I will avoid making any determination myself on whether or not Christian nationalists are Christians. They say they are Christians, so we will go with that.
