Not even a landlord, it was a foreclosure eviction (and the cops showed up at the property while the owner was at the courthouse filing an appeal)

I have two kinds of bees and a wasp family that nest around my house and the one time I got stung in ten years was the time a wasp accidentally got sandwiched between my arm and a closing door, and I can’t blame it for that. I sit outside and they fly around and we’re all chill.
