I just heard this from someone. According to HUD there are just over 600,000 unhoused ppl in America. There are between 300,000 and 400,000 churches in America. If each church would adopt just two unhoused ppl it would end homelessness. Obviously more to it than that but an interesting thought.

I LOVE your determination. LOVE IT!!

Every generation has faced challenges like this. Our time is now. We will win.

It gives me hope that we can do this too. That is...if media doesn't succeed in tearing us apart.

My sister lives in Cinco Ranch and she said it was sunny and no wind UNTIL about noon, then it got black as night. They've already had almost 3 in of rain, not due to Beryl. It's gonna be a bumpy ride, kids.

Looks like hurricane Beryl is gonna slap Texas between Corpus Christi & Houston. Austin will get rain but not much of the bad stuff. Houston area might be aligned w the NE side of the storm. It’s where the worst of the flooding happens as I understand it. Hang in there, Houston & Galveston.
