Today I learned that Cigna received my appeal about emergency ambulance service (service in Sep 2023) in early April, never told me they denied the appeal, and then a supervisor told me it was because of CA AB716, which was passed in JAN 2024. How is this not illegal?

Today I realized because of crypo, my brain automatically discounts the whole idea of roadmaps... which is a problem, as my work (in civic tech, not crypto) has a roadmap that has been pretty good.
