The New York Times ratfucking operation in favor of Trump is so incredibly blatant that it’s beyond parody.
If you saw ratfucking like this coming from a newspaper in a movie, you’d probably think it was a bit over the top.
Some great people work in other parts of the paper, and in the editorial section I like some columnists (tho they're not on the editorial board, so maybe moot), but the NYT politics desk has fervently and with complete consistency worked to elect Republicans the 30+ years I've been paying attention.

The reason why Donald looks the way he does is because he wears a hairpiece and massive amounts of makeup. Also his obesity helps protect him from his body looking frail.
Shooting a dog is maybe the one thing that could move people. A lot of folks out there get more upset about mistreating a dog than they do about abusing a human being.
Sure. A possible larger point is that the base (either D or R) is irrelevant. 80% (40/40 split) are crawling over broken glass to vote for (or against) whoever. The 20% who are still undecided are an enigma swayed just as much by how much bran they had for breakfast as anything else.
