I’m told, as an ADHD person, that instrumental music (no lyrics) helps us focus on tasks like reading and writing as it helps fill the need to multitask.
Please consider and save the list above!
That’s my music made specifically for ADHD focus and chill vibes.
A lot of people say it works!
You know, if academics actually got paid for writing, editing and peer reviewing any of this material, moral objections would make sense.
In the meantime, however...👍
I did *NOT* implicitly tell every one of my classmates, cohort, or students about this at Davis and Berkeley and airdrop files to them via bluetooth.
I did not give away thousands of dollars in textbooks and scan vaulted media
I was also not accused of being unethical for doing so by trust fundees
Would anyone believe me if I say that I took this literally on the first read? I was like ‘but these are such great resources though. Maybe they steal your info or give your device malware’ 🤦🏽♀️
Another good one if you need more than one email address for signing up for things.
If you use Gmail, you can add + and a random word to your address to create a new address!
E.g. change [email protected] to [email protected] 1/2
Gmail ignores everything after the +, so it comes to your normal inbox. But the service / product you sign up for sees each one as a new address. So go to town! Using the service name plus a number helps with organizing things.
[email protected][email protected]

Wow! I won't be sharing this ridiculously unhelpful information with any of my followers. I only wish I had had this information to not share with my former students.
