BREAKING: An Indiana Republican has filed a bill that would allow kids as young as 14 to drop out and work on corporate farms during school hours.
Kids would only need to complete 8th grade in order to work 40 hours a week as a farm laborer.
Child abuse as public policy.

I think if I wanted, I could switch careers now and get into prosthetics making for the kiddies just in time!
They'll never be able to afford prosthetics on farm wages. Perhaps crutches made from broken table legs and bits of old cloth? Or maybe bindle-sticks?
Then I guess I’d have to learn how with what is available.
