The protestors should have put up a sign reading “ELEMENTARY SCHOOL—LONE GUNMAN INSIDE” which I hear is very effective in Texas at keeping cops off the property for hours.

you can make good moral arguments against the existence of billionaires, but to me this story illustrates the most compelling one: it is simply too dangerous for society as a whole for people like this to have the resources to impose their will on everyone else
