Done the good deed for the day and voted Green Party. It's going to be a Labour seat again but at least I feel I done what little I can.

Good old fashioned wall calendars are useful things, I've been using mine to follow my mental health for a while now and I realise I get moody around the second week each month. The size of the X I put on gives me a simple marker for intensity. I'm getting better as my HRT levels become normal.

The Tories are a lost cause and Reform just their shadow, no the real battle right now is for the heart of Labour. The case for trans people should be simple as all the science & morality is on our side, unfortunately the UK Media is making money from a plight.

What the Torie sdon't want voters to think about is just how they've made scandal something normal and unworthy of attention.

My latest bloods results are in and still high. I'm only on 3mg E & 100mg Prog but levels are 753pmol/L Better than the 850-1000+ they've been. My low level prog is producing a lot of E and it would be nice if the GPs explained why.🤷‍♀️ It was 4mg E level 590pmol/L before Prog. Always E sensitive.

Lovely day out with friends today. We went for a meal at the Anchor Bleu in Bosham, West Sussex, the food was great and the weather so good we went for a walk. My friend continues to take horrible photos of me but I think it's important to show that I exist and that we can still get out there.

Every Politician should be confronted with these findings and not allowed to wriggle off the hook. If these weren't trans kids it would be headline news, that's how fucking sick this country is right now. Better dead than trans is now politically acceptable, if not policy.
