There's a lot of things I'm not going to do in order to go out & meet people that someone who doesn't care about catching COVID might do. I'm probably not going to be at that crowded indoor gathering except on a rare occasion as the only masked person feeling panicked I'm exposed the whole time.

People who don't try to be as safe from the pandemic as me don't understand some of my challenges to getting out of social isolation. I'm not willing to be a weekly in person church goer right now because that seems high risk, unmasked people singing & shouting & sharing drinking vessels.

Going to try to explain this once more: Barring the literal death of one of the two, the president of the US in 2025 will be either Joe Biden or Donald Trump. There will be no other candidate, and those are your choices. You can choose not to vote. That will get you the worst possible outcome.

I need a streamer that only has movies released between 1980 and 1999. I am not in a mental or emotional place to handle the world being on fire without being able to watch a movie I saw on HBO a dozen times.

We watched a grieving father with a known stutter and a head cold have his dead son denigrated to his face. Then we still expected him to have a pristine debate performance, and are trying to punish him because he did not. I have lost a son. Let me be very clear.

Everyone watching any Bond movie: this is utterly unrealistic, no one would stand there and say exactly how they were going to do some awful thing, the Incredibles even made a joke about monologuing. Everyone experiencing reality: Oh. Oh, I see.
