Happy Fourth to everyone trying to make this country more livable, from those fighting unjust laws and judges, all the way to sheltering people and bringing meals to neighbors. And to those trying to make this country less toxic to other countries. Thanks for keeping on.

Guided meditation today mentioned being grateful to gravity & I'm having very mixed feelings on that. Like maybe floating around would be nice?
