Trust & Safety Tycoontrustandsafety.fun Manage your team, set policies, make investments, and tackle the challenging world of Trust & Safety

The game puts you in charge of a trust & safety team at a rapidly scaling social media startup. You have to make a bunch of tough calls on moderation decisions, but also make decisions about policies and resource allocation, all while trying to keep the site from descending into a cesspool.

Meanwhile, you're balancing a variety of interests, including keeping your team morale up, but also dealing with the demands of your boss, the CEO, who has their own incentives and demands. You also have to deal with the media, law enforcement, policymakers, and more.

I have a simple observation. When it comes to privacy of hotel guests, it is not ambiguous. The hotel needs to act. In summation both games adhere to the Thoreau ideal of social conduct, not that of rousseau so it bins valid concerns.

The game does NOT give you a way to input real eggs and have them thrown at the REAL Ted Cruz. You'll need to find alternate delivery options. Amazon drones, maybe.

Well, I just got fired from Yapper in my first year because I "slowed moderation down." So much for my close relationship with the CEO and being with the company from the start, didn't help at all.

I will freely admit that I managed to hit zero moderation speed somewhere in the middle and had to back up and reinstate an edgelord, while trying to make "The Happy Place". Ironically, I think the last time I actually logged into somewhere like that was back when Facebook required college email addresses, or perhaps (at the same time) on LiveJournal. Being "The Happening Place" instead is a hell of a trap for an ambitious techie.

It's a shame that early on the CEO demands a specific set of moderation decisions that can't be argued with. Maybe adult content should be allowed!
