Blackwolf is a new ride sharing app that has all of the same problems of the old ride sharing apps but also your driver has a gun

"what if your Uber driver had a gun" is probably the worst pitch for a service in the history of mankind.

What if I told you he was also guaranteed to be a cop.

Great, so, #Blackwolf drivers are: * Selected from a populations with radically higher rates of committing sexual assault,... * ...who are likely to be carrying a gun... * ...& who, if they're COPS, will also likely be impossible to prosecute. This is actually a liability win for the company.🤷

Re Liability, see: bsky.app/profile/iams...
Cities pay out huge settlements regularly because cops misbehave while the cops skate because of qualified immunity. A corporation employing them would be in either the same or a worse position as the cities.

The company could still be sued, so not really a liability win.

Sure, they could be sued (assuming there's nothing in the TOS to preclude that), but could the plaintiff win? Is any American court likely to find that only hiring cops is a security-negative?
