I have 80 bajillion things to do at work today. Most are medium-high priority. I’m not allowing myself to get in the weeds because I’m not going to give this place that kind of power over my brain & body moving forward. So here’s to taking my lunch again and making sure I take care of myself.

Someone explain why at least once a day I want boba?? (I’m secretly grateful there isn’t a good one near my place). I know you can make it yourself, but then I really would be having them daily, which is not great. Anyway, I want boba again. Or bubble tea, or milk tea, etc.

Criminalizing homelessness without criminalizing poverty wages, and the commodification and price gouging of basic necessities like healthcare, housing and food that lead to homelessness is an absolute moral failure now owned by the right-wing justices on the Supreme Court.

Very much not a fan of the multiple job postings for an Executive Assistant that ask you to attach a photo. Yeah, nope.

Guess what day it is! It’s ‘show up an hour and a half late to work with a dog day’.

Today was dog shit, so I’m working on some lazy strawberry shortcake. I picked up strawberries and an angel food cake. The strawberries are hanging out with some sugar and there’s spray whipped cream too. Lazy but good!
