WISE is still observing 14.5 years after launch! I just today edited the survey plan to better ride out the 3rd quarter Moon at the end of May. The orbit is now 150 km below the launch altitude and going down more than 10 km/month. 2025 is looking unlikely. Orbital decay plot:

Time for my annual reminder to please stop using Queens as a pejorative. It's classist as fuck with a soupçon of racism and reinforces the idea that just because a certain former old president viewed NYC through a certain lens that we all do. (We don't)
