Oh man, I want to do this on every single one of your posts lately. I spent five years learning-too-late about Narcissistic Personality Disorder (and others) and how they seek out power and ruin previously-working things while trying to make themselves look good and it seems relevant

This pattern repeats across HOAs, companies, volunteer organisations, non-profits, economies and governments and I feel like we need some magic formula for disarming these people before they get any taste forpower.

The number of replies to this post that are exactly what you're talking about is almost inspiring.
