Oh hell yeah, the MST3K YouTube and Twitch channels now have a permanent livestream of the original run episodes (non-Netflix) and The Film Crew! I know you can watch most eps on demand but this really evokes turning the TV on Sunday morning to catch an ep on Comedy Central or Sci-Fi

Spent fifteen minutes today listening to my aunt and uncle debate whether it was A PERFECT MURDER or A WALK ON THE MOON(?!) where Michael Douglas brains Viggo Mortensen with a snow globe, knowing that it was UNFAITHFUL, and that the actors in question were Richard Gere and Olivier Martinez.

Fewer little free libraries filled with books featured on If Books Could Kill podcast, more puzzle lending libraries!

One of our neighbors has created a puzzle lending library & will cut missing pieces. As community-minded as it comes.

Today I learned that carbon footprints were invented by BP and pushed in a mega marketing campaign to shift the conversation from corporations to individuals and I hate everyone. Except NPR, thanks for the reporting.

it sort of beggars metaphor that incredibly rich people are consuming enormous quantities of electricity and potable water to make play money for themselves. it's the kind of thing that would seem too blunt to be clever satire in a sci-fi series.
