Like I said in other places, probably have his devices confiscated first, then maybe house arrest. It's unlikely that Trump would ever see the inside of a normal jail cell because of the complications with his Secret Service protection.
He absolutely won't see jail. He won't see prison if/when he's convicted because he's an ex president and it's a white collar crime.
Confiscating his devices would be fantastic tho. That would drive him nuts. 😈
Yep. Quite possible. I saw that, but unless prosecutors file an amended complaint before the hearing, it probably won't be considered. And even if it were, I think the judge would still feel compelled to give him one shot, and probably fine him and warn him this time. It's a powderkeg.

Fast forward to November: Trump wears an orange jump suit and watches himself lose the election as he noodles a version of "Some Things Last A Long Time" to himself on the prison piano between diaper changes. Here's hoping!
