This rules! When you send a message, is it just like a little ping or do you have something prerecorded that people get?
in this mode basically it’s a little dance of text messages where you identify your locations and callsigns and exchange signal reports. in theory you could send any info but programs handle this “minimal” contact semi-automatically so it’s become a standard. also similar to quick formats for voice
