I have a longterm goal of moving to Massachusetts about two years, if anybody is looking for a roommate that far in advance. Queer-friendly towns and cool nerd harbors would be esp. desirable.

There are few things I enjoy more than hours of uninterrupted drawing time. 20 years ago, I was in a small Portraiture Club at SCAD that met in a Foundations classroom on our day off to pay one of our life models to sit for us so we could sketch their face for 3 hours. I miss that club all the time.

This was probably the coolest part of art school for me, introducing to me that I could just sit and draw one thing for many many many many hours and I’ll love them all

Excellent true crime miniseries on Netflix you probably saw before me: American Nightmare (2024). It was especially entertaining for me, having no knowledge of the case or twists, but absolutely onboars for how much it absolutely dragged the police. #acab
