FYI, I feel this way about Justified. If you've ever liked Elmore Leonard, or great dialogue and black humor in general, give the pilot a look.

Having a problem with Gus Walz being proud of his dad and getting emotional as Tim accepted the VP nom reminds me of having a problem with Joe Biden expressing love for his son as Hunter fought addiction. Different situations, but both positive familial love. Weird thing to have a problem with.

Alabama banned IVF not IUI, but banning IVF means there's no clinics performing IUI. Similarly, the Idaho GOP didn't actually ban OB/GYNs, which I sometimes accuse them of, but they did drive a third of the state's too-few OB/GYNs out in under two years, with the remainder afraid to help patients.
