We're having to do a lot of deferred maintenance on our house. Last week, we learned that bees had moved in! We do not want a hive in our house! Angry buzzing walls are not good!
Luckily, a nice professional has gently moved the hive to a new home/bee box. Long live the Queen (and other bees)!
"Why aren't you posting about Gaiman" because I don't know anyone, don't know the allegations except they exist, haven't heard the podcast, am far from an expert on any aspect of this & the worst thing about the internet is everyone feeling the need to weigh in on topics they are not qualified to

We refused to do wet cat food because OMG it makes both of us nauseous. Luckily, all of our kitties were OK with high-end kibble. When they were nearing the end of their lives, they got chicken & gravy baby food (which didn't smell bad).
Congratulations on your new companions!
"We were the first companion," the dog said, "the first ally and friend."
"Well done you," the cat said.
"After us, the humans befriended cows, sheep, goats, and pigs."
"Humans domesticated so many animals."
"And you."
"Us?" the cat said. "We only domesticated one. Humans."
