This just happened to me in Vegas: stood outside the Lyft dumbfounded while 3 ladies watched on smiling. Driver was on phone and didn't notice I was stuck outside for seemingly an eternity. Shrugged my shoulders and realized I'd just flunked my "San Francisco Residency Exam."
