What’s great about Biden is that he’s mentally fit enough to lie about his role in supporting the first genocide in world history we’ve been able to ceaselessly monitor on our phones.
“President Joe Biden, who has pledged support for Israel amid the country’s ongoing war with Hamas that has left more than 37,000 Palestinians dead, claimed in a recent interview that he’s “the guy that did more for the Palestinian community than anybody.””

When I got jumped in March 2016 at a Trump rally by Neo Nazis and Trump cheered it on from the stage the Democratic mayor issued a statement about violence on both sides and the ACLU supported Trump’s right to yell at people to attack me. Stop looking to institutions to protect you from fascists.

Violence is America’s love language, within and without. But America’s leaders are only meant to dispense it - never experience it.

What a world it would be if our nation’s leaders’ stance against violence - political or otherwise - extended beyond acts against them and their peers. To fund wars and genocides abroad and enable police brutality here and then turn around and say, “Violence is never the answer”? 😒 Sure, Jan.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib: “There is so much anti-Palestinian racism in this chamber that my colleagues don’t even want to acknowledge that Palestinians exist at all—not when they’re alive, and now, not even when they’re dead.”
In the US, counting the dead in Gaza has become a gruesome political gamewww.motherjones.com The House passed a ban on citing the Gaza Health Ministry’s casualty counts, saying the numbers are pro-Hamas “propaganda.” But researchers say the Ministry is not even counting all deaths.

I haven't felt this self-conscious about my stutter since becoming an adult. People are being relentless ableist assholes. Please understand how speech disorders work and realize whatever shit you're thinking about Biden, we can perceive what you are essentially saying about ALL OF US.
Hey wow as someone with a stutter y’all are not kind At all Do you know what happens when you have the kind of stutter where you swap words? Your brain makes an association in a split second and you go “no, not that”, especially when nervous, and it just blorts out of your mouth.

Miracles are real and they are provided by science I am in tears. we can *prevent HIV transmission*.
Lenacapavir did so well at preventing HIV infection that it hit the threshold where the only ethical thing to do was stop the randomized trial and immediately offer it to literally every participant. That's huge news. www.npr.org/sections/goa...
A new way to prevent HIV delivers dramatic results in trialwww.npr.org The testing of lenacapavir was halted because results were so impressive — 100% effectiveness. The decision was made to give all participants the injection rather than the alternative daily pill.

We should never forget that Trump killed a million people.
I get why this is the case, but it’s so wild that one million Americans died of COVID because of Trump’s handling of the pandemic, and it’s not even remotely an issue in this election. What a country!

Remember the outcry from our entire political class back in October when it was reported that Israel had hit 1 hospital? They immediately screamed fake news. Now it’s 8 hospitals, and they’ve all gone silent.
“In the past nine months, Israeli troops have occupied at least eight hospitals, causing the deaths of patients and medical workers along with massive destruction to facilities and equipment.” “Only 13 of Gaza’s 36 hospitals are functioning, and those only partially…”

When an article says "some scientists think" then remember this: I, a scientist, once thought I could fit a whole orange in my mouth. I could, it turns out, get it in there, but I hadn't given sufficient thought to the reverse operation.

Hey, remember how librarians and I were warning everyone that mass book-banning is just step one of a fascist government takeover? Well, some of the same book-banning orgs we warned you about are on the advisory board for Project 2025, whose leader calls it a "second American Revolution.”

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again—F*ck "AI".
Google’s emissions are up 48% in 5 years. Microsoft’s are up 30% since 2020. Those soaring figures are being driven by mass investments in data centers to power AI tools. Generative AI is a climate disaster and data center expansion must be stopped.
