Amazon's trying to save its nonexistent face. We know this. I know people who work in those warehouses locally. The injury rate is "when" not "if" and incredibly common. Driver harm is also really high. It's awful and I do not find this report surprising but do hope it leads to corrective action.

The claim that political gerrymandering is non-justiciable is risible and the most overtly political thing the Supreme Court has done, in an era of hilariously partisan rulings. There is simply no "good faith" to be found in an enterprise so focused on partisan advantage and subjugation.
