Having lost three friends in the past two weeks (two heart attacks and a suicide) I echo this in the strongest way possible. Tell people the things you'd say in their eulogy, but while they're still here.

Show the people you love some love. Everyone needs it right now. You never know when it may be the last you see them, my sister died suddenly in 2018 & I miss her like the desert misses the rain every day, what I wouldn't give to see her again Tell the ones you love how much you love them today

Ok I'm going to say it: Star Trek Prodigy is better than Star Trek Voyager

It's a low bar, really, but the fact that Prodigy handles a number of Voyager characters exceptionally well (easily better than Voyager's writers were capable of) is certainly noteworthy. After season two it's become my favorite current Trek!

The color of tea (black, green, white) is not a reliable way to gauge caffeine content. Caffeine protects again insects, it's most concentrated in the buds to protect new growth. Many high quality white teas contain a TON of caffeine. Twig teas will contain the least.

Remember when that Orthodox Priest bodied Jordan Peterson? I think there is a lot here that is relevant to the Roman church as well.

I also think the things that attract people to the institution are wholly different. When you grow up in the Church, a lot of the staying power is about community and ritual. If you’re attracted to it later in life because of esoteric theology, you’re gonna have some weird ideas.

I started with a grayscale height map, and hand indexed a low color palette in a text editor to colorize. Importing then into DIV Games Studio was a breeze, and it doesn't look too bad in game imo

Looking at everything over the past few months it's clear that I've gone through yet another round of depression... with the symptoms successfully treated. But not the underlying social withdrawal or general mental bleah. Funny how drugs work. 🤔

Today in what badly needs to be a slow return to functionality: I've refreshed on my urban fantasy and have figured out how to meaningfully progress it.
