Depending on what his issues are with different foods (doesn't want to eat, vomit, diarrhea), if you haven't tried RX Clay, it can help with gas and loose stools and maybe other issues. Good luck.
You could also try supplementing with Answers Raw Goats Milk. My dogs lapped it up like kittens and it is supposed to be very beneficial for stomach issues.
My last dog had a lot of stomach issues. I split his meals into three times a day so his stomach didn't get too empty and gassy and to see if it helped with digestion. He ate My Perfect Pet which is lightly cooked raw beef and Small Batch raw turkey. I'd also warm them on the stove first.
Once I let one of my dogs chew too much of a raw rib bone and despite efforts by the vet and me, he was unable to go b/c things compacted. By day 3, I was crying when he tried to go and couldn't and then I cried again when he finally did it in the middle of the street. Oscar worthy scene.
This is when your inner actor comes out. You pretend to look all around in a circle, the back end of your dog, loudly ask the if dog if he/she did anything, then do a big shrug and walk away with one final look back. Unused bag back in pocket.
