Watching Firefly with my kids. It holds up pretty well, but the quickness with which these kids pick out themes - higher ups abandoning their soldiers, the Lost Cause, classism, etc. The kids are alright.

I was looking at a reddit live chat of the Alex Jones bankruptcy hearing (cuz I am NOT gonna listen in live) and the judge is apparently atrocious at writing orders -- It makes me think about covid cognitive decline and long covid and how so many of us are now operating at less-than-full capacity
