Me too. As soon I get accused of supporting genocide since I will vote for Biden, or the name calling starts, or mansplaining, BLOCK, no looking back, heck I don't even bother to check their comments first. Who needs that shit?
I tried to ride the fence for a few months but stopped when I realized I was 100% less anxious and angry when talking with people here who actually converse and interact. I block and try to avoid discourse, and I enjoy opening the app rather than dreading voicing my opinion.
If it ever gets to the point where I dread voicing my opinion, I will know that I'm done with 💙☁️.
I do understand people will come at me for having an opinion, but generally, here, there's a balance of people who disdain that behavior.

A total stranger complained that a political comment of mine was ableist (it was not). I blocked her. Thinking I’d been too hasty, I unblocked, then discovered she’d screenshotted my post to complain that not enough people could see her comment. Block reinstated.
