I can't stress enough that you don't need to care about what a bunch of 20-somethings think about your clothes, mainly bc you don't have to care about what ANYONE thinks about your clothes.
I spent ten bucks to buy myself a better ruler and I’m inordinately pleased with it. Edges are impressively flat and straight, corners are impressively square. It measures from the edge, unlike desk rulers which put the zero mark a bit away from the edge. Small size, weirdly nice.
