My favorite thing about the Assassin’s Creed series is that they were absolutely 100% gearing up for a game set in the present day of the series where you play as Desmond but at some point there was an internal shift big enough that they just……… completely lost interest

I would eagerly read a magazine cover story about this historically terrible ad--who conceived it, who approved it, what it says about unsocialized ragenerd techbro culture and its relationship to art and pleasure that nobody in Apple's presumably immense chain of command even raised an eyebrow.
