The only one he's capable of getting kicked out of is Tesla. Main reason he doesn't is a combination of (A) his 20% of the stock, (B) a horde of retail enablers, (C) many large funds have policies to not vote their stock, and (D) others may be nervous about how the market would react.

He owns a majority of voting shares in all the others. The only way he could lose those is if his finances were hurt so much that he had to sell off his controlling stakes.

He's up to 24% of stock in Tesla now, with a further 9% in future options.
