Vietnam Selects (More on IG) This country is magical in so many ways. An important trip bc their history plays a large part in ours (plus a huge influence on many of my favorite films). I was able to spend time in Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An and Saigon/HCMC.

After working in Korea for 2.5 months, I traveled to Vietnam and Cambodia. I am eager to rewatch certain films about those countries now that I've been there. Esp those by Panh Rithy. (Not exactly upbeat Summer fare)

I've been in Korea for three months and missing out on a lot of films. Most eager to see Monkey Man. FINALLY saw it and it is everything I want in a film minus having my name listed as Cinematographer. Absolutely delicious.
