It's funny cause law schools completely gloss over the details of service of process because they in big law there are a bunch of nonlawyers that handle this stuff for you but when you solo it is an absolute PitA. I'm honestly surprised they remembered the $15.
I really remember this from law school, that service matters, and it has to be done and documented and done right. Also my worst grade in law school because I was skipping that class to be at rounds for the doctor treating my grandmother for terminal cancer. Professor Stensvaag was compassionate.
That $15 came out of some little old lady's Social Security check & straight into Jeremy Rosenberg's pocket, more proof of how New York City liberals are bankrupting Real America
