yes exactly. we’ve been collectively tricked into thinking near death experiences often give people some kind of clarity of purpose or invoke self-reflection. most of the time it just fucks you up.

The tl;dr This is union-busting, written as a statute. A company union is not a union, it is a way for management to dilute/interfere with the power of the union. Company unions have been unlawful since 1935, because everyone recognizes it is an attempt to union bust. This is trying to undo that.

I have some news… For the next school year, I will be the artist-in-residence at Harvard Medical School as part of the MS program in Media, Medicine and Health.
